Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or customs delays).

Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect (except for in-person sales, as noted above).
Definition of Defective: A product is considered defective only if it contains a flaw or issue that occurred during the production process. Defects caused by user negligence, misuse, improper handling, or modifications are not covered.
Refund Policy: If a product from an online order arrives with a production defect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and order details to initiate a return or replacement.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 8 hours of placement, as we begin production promptly.
